The operation behind Printed Blueprint LLC started in 2018 with a single printer on my kitchen counter. Eight years of disciplined reinvestment later, it's a 17-machine production floor in downtown Kenosha — self-funded, debt-free, and built to serve businesses that need plastic parts done right.

THE STORY

2018

THE FIRST MACHINE

One printer on the kitchen counter. It outgrew the kitchen almost immediately.

2018–19

PROCESS FIRST

The spare bedroom became a print room — networked with Raspberry Pis and webcams, every job sent, monitored, and filmed remotely, years before printer manufacturers offered it. Operational discipline has been standard since day one.

2019

FIRST B2B CLIENT

Custom threaded inserts for a model-making company. Profitable from the first invoice.

GROWTH

SELF-FUNDED EXPANSION

Every dollar the machines earned bought the next machine. No investors, no loans, no debt — growth at the pace of quality.

2021–25

THE MANUFACTURING YEARS

I spent five years on the production floor of a $15M/year industrial cylinder manufacturer — finishing as General Manager. It's where the standards came from: documentation, communication, deadlines, parts that match the print.
