The operation behind Printed Blueprint LLC started in 2018 with a single printer on my kitchen counter. Eight years of disciplined reinvestment later, it's a 17-machine production floor in downtown Kenosha — self-funded, debt-free, and built to serve businesses that need plastic parts done right.
Production runs. Reverse-engineered components. Trade show models. Product development. If it's made of plastic, we can design it, rebuild it, strengthen it, or run it by the thousands.

Five years on the production floor of a $15M/year manufacturer — finishing as General Manager — means we know exactly what a vendor owes you: honest timelines, proactive communication, documentation, and parts that match the print.
Every machine on this floor was paid for by the one before it. No investors, no debt, no runway anxiety — an operation that has grown every year since the first printer. Vendor stability is a feature.
One more thing, because it matters: the first lithophane we ever made — a family photograph that only appears when the light comes on — is the reason this stopped being a hobby.
